I am really sorry but I dont think that there are any natural remedies for pcos and abnormal hormones, I myslef have the same problem and was given treatment from a specialist to help me to conceive, I suggest continueing with the treatment that you have been given already and to keep yourself healthy. I was given the fertility drug chlomid and I am now 16 weeks pregnant after 2 and a half years of trying so you should discuss your options with the specialist and see wat they advise.

if u get angry oftenly then controll your anger, do meditation twise a day regularly, stop eating spicy and junk food, drink plenty of water, try to take boiled lauki…if possible …everyday…and go for homeopathy medicines, its very nice and there are no side effects, dont take coffee during treatment…consult a good homeopath…he will first regularise ur periods and then give u medicines to conceive…think positive and trust god…u will conceive soon

Hi, I have pcos, was diagnosed 13yrs ago.
Metformin is what I praise as after many m/c’s not knowing of metformin, I now have 2 beautiful girls (5yrs old and 3yrs old next month) thanks to being on metformin, it regulate my cycles andI conceived 1st daughter on 1st try, 2nd daughter was a miracle as I conceived naturally with no meds at all, but took metformin straight away when I found out I was expecting and it saved her pg.
As for things you can do yourself – exercise is top of the list moderate exercise once a day will really help you, but the biggest thing you can do is try a Low GI diet, that seems to be the go with pcos women and it really helps to lose weight too, I lost 20 kilo’s in 8 weeks on a low GI diet and going to gym class 3 times a week. Sorry bit of weight loss tip there, but it definitely improved my fertility at the time, so worth a try.

honey I know exactly what you are going threw, I have had surgery so many times its not funny, and the facial hair is horrible, at times over the last 15 years i have gone 3 years without a cycle. email me if you want to a friend who is going threw the same as you. hammons.snommah@yahoo.com hope to hear from you soon. also I was on metformin also and all it did was put 30 pounds and a worse mood swing om me.
